Assistant Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine

Connor Karr, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine working primarily at Vanderbilt’s regional hospitals in Tullahoma and Bedford County.
Dr. Karr is originally from North Carolina and graduated from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. He then completed residency training and a fellowship in Emergency Clinical Ultrasound at Orlando Health in Orlando, Fla. After that he worked in the surrounding Orlando community prior to relocating to Nashville. Dr. Karr is passionate about community emergency medicine but looks to stay involved in residency education and mentorship.
Outside of work, he enjoys running, biking, hiking and spending quality time with his wife.
