MD

Julius Henderson, MD, is the Advanced EM Ultrasonography Fellow for the 2025–2026 academic year. He was born and raised in Chicago prior to attending Southern Methodist University in Dallas for his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Japanese. 

In 2022, he graduated from Meharry Medical College in Nashville. In 2025, he completed residency training at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Chicago prior to returning to Nashville for his fellowship. He is looking forward to becoming more skilled in the area of ultrasound and using it as a vehicle to help engage with younger learners that are interested in the medical field. 

His hobbies include fitness, bowling, and making playlists.
