Why did you choose VUMC Emergency Medicine? VUMC EM stood out to me for several reasons: expert mentorship from faculty, the acuity and volume of the patient population.

Interests in emergency medicine: Critical care, sepsis, resuscitation

Five year plan: My plan is to pursue a career in academics while also practicing community emergency medicine. I also plan to spend a large amount of time with my family, travel tons with my wife and start a family of my own.

If not EM, what? Professional soccer

Hobbies: Soccer, spending time with my lovely, amazing wife, and occasionally playing chess
