Why did you choose VUMC Emergency Medicine? The culture of excellence with humility was readily apparent during every interaction with VUMC. The residents were supportive of each other and genuinely happy. Vanderbilt EM was a clear top choice.

Interests in Emergency Medicine: Event and prehospital medicine

Five-year plan: That’s the million-dollar question. I’m not sure yet, but I’m confident I’ll receive the opportunities and mentorship to figure it out.

If not EM, what? My favorite course in undergrad focused on bioengineering to improve efficiency in industry. I would likely pursue something in that space.
